At some point I asked the agent to write unit tests, and it did that, but those seem to be insufficient to catch “real world” Emacs behavior because even if the tests pass, I still find that features are broken when trying to use them. And for the most part, the failures I’ve observed have always been about wiring shortcuts, not about bugs in program logic.
